1. The “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) Protection
If your appliance does not turn on or is found to be defective immediately upon delivery, you are eligible for a Full Replacement or Refund.
- Requirement: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- The Unboxing Rule: To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend filming a video while unboxing your appliance. This video serves as proof if the item was damaged during transit.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
- The product must not have been installed or used (unless reporting a technical defect).
- The serial number must match our records.
- Non-Returnable: Items damaged due to power surges, high voltage, or improper self-installation cannot be returned.
3. Change of Mind
- Due to the high cost of shipping and the sensitive nature of electronics, we do not accept returns for a “Change of Mind” once the product packaging has been opened.
- If the box is still factory-sealed, you may request a return within 7 days. In this case, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Warranty vs. Returns
- If an appliance develops a fault after it has been used or installed, it falls under the Brand Warranty rather than our return policy.
- Our team will assist you in contacting the official service center (e.g., Haier, Dawlance, Samsung) to have a technician visit your home for repair or replacement according to the brand’s terms.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved (due to DOA or lack of stock for a replacement):
- Method: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Timeline: Once the appliance is received back at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Note: Original shipping charges and any installation fees paid are non-refundable.
6. Shipping for Returns
- Defective Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage (verified by unboxing video), Homepulsse.store will cover all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges/Sealed Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to our warehouse in its original protective crate/packaging.
7. How to Start a Return
- Contact Support: Contact us with your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos.
- Evaluation: Our technical team will review the claim within 24–48 hours.
- Collection/Dispatch: We will guide you on whether we will arrange a pickup or if you need to ship it back to us.
