By using our website and purchasing our appliances, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and reliable experience for every home we power across Pakistan.


1. General Usage

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or technical errors in pricing.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in appliance specifications. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to manufacturer updates.
  • Taxes: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable GST.
  • Price Changes: Prices for appliances are subject to change based on market fluctuations without prior notice.

3. Warranty Policy (Critical)

Every appliance from Homepulsse comes with a Brand Warranty.

  • Claim Process: Warranty claims must be made directly through the authorized brand service centers (e.g., Haier, Dawlance, Samsung). Homepulsse will provide the necessary invoice and stamped warranty card.
  • Warranty Voids: The warranty is automatically void if:
    • The product is damaged due to High/Low Voltage fluctuations (we strongly recommend using a stabilizer).
    • The product is repaired or opened by an unauthorized technician.
    • The serial number or warranty seal is tampered with.

4. Shipping & Heavy Delivery

  • Logistics: Due to the size of appliances, we use specialized cargo partners. Delivery times range from 3–7 working days depending on your city.
  • Inspection at Doorstep: For high-value items (LEDs, Fridges, ACs), you are required to inspect the exterior of the box for any physical damage before signing the receiving slip.

5. Installation Services

  • Standard Installation: Some appliances (like Split ACs or Front-load Washers) require professional installation.
  • Brand Installation: For warranty validity, many brands require that the unit be installed by their official team. Homepulsse can help coordinate this, but the brand may charge a separate installation fee.
  • DIY Risk: Any damage caused during self-installation is not covered under the return policy.

6. Voltage & Power Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their home wiring is compatible with the appliance’s power requirements.
  • Homepulsse is not liable for appliance failures caused by load shedding, short circuits, or incorrect wiring at the delivery location.

7. Returns & Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse.
  • Post-Delivery: Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered dead-on-arrival (DOA) or has a major manufacturing defect. “Change of mind” returns are not applicable to large home appliances once the box is opened.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Homepulsse.store shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (such as food spoilage due to fridge failure or water damage from a washer) resulting from the use of the products.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
